Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

convenient location friendly staff relaxed atmosphere modern style

The location was GREAT! Food shops and restaurants were just outside the door. The staff was both friendly and helpful. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the availability of free coffee. The modern style of the hotel was a plus.

I must mention that the room lacked sufficient ventilation! Made the air somewhat stale.

Excellent City Center Location

excellent location free coffee laundry room

the location is excellent for exploring. free coffee is available at the lobby which i enjoyed. the laundry room was easy to use and reasonably priced.

i think the biggest issue with this hotel was the lack of air conditioning i arrived during a heatwave and the room reminded me of a sauna i asked for an extra fan but it was not a service they offered. the tv didn't have youtube or netflix and the fridge barely worked i left a bottle of coke inside for about five hours and it was still warm.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location was convenient since it was close to the metro line.

The room was too dim. The lights were only on one side of the room. I couldn't read in bed as a result. the TV could not connect to the internet, so the smart TV features were unusable.

The location was really central. I could walk to most places easily. the kitchen in the studio was a great addition, i found it very useful. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with directions.

Housekeeping only happened once a week. That was a bit inconvenient. the bedroom felt quite small. It was hard to move around the bed. the toilet was also really small. The door opened inwards awkwardly.

I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to the grand place. there were many bars and restaurants nearby, so i didn't have to go far for dining. the staff was nice, and the room had a microwave, helpful. i also appreciated the blackout curtains in the room.

The bathroom had some small bugs on one of the shelves. I did not store my personal items there.
